The saga of Anacrusis continues. In 1991 they released their third album called Manic Impressions. Again facing different problems (which unfortunately was common to many great and innovative bands form the same era) but still being able to release an album which could be considered a landmark in the progressive metal scene.

After one week, i go trought Anacrusis albums again and this is awesome, i like a way how Kenn Mardi mix growls and clean vocals, IMO it is his key elementh and if ppl would not be like weiurdos who overate shit bands then he might be at same level as dave Mustain and James Hetfield
Good album

I don't know what's better. The atmosphere it creates, the riffs, the clinic production, the New Model Army cover, or the fantastic vocals.

Can't decide.

Amazing album, that pretty much makes "Reason" an useless and skippable album. Vocals have definitely improved here and the progressive elements are way better utilized than on the preceding album.

Reminds me of Death's later albums in places (was Chuck a fan?)

Overall, a great (and underrated) technical thrash album.
