I thought that nothing beats Azarath, Hate Eternal, Nader Sadek and Origin in this year... but Immolation will be the best as always. I like cover very much.

Pretty sweet. I think Benighted will still be favourite death metal album from this year but I find this to be incredibly strong.
Five pieces of classic death metal, plain and simple. In an age of weapons grade technical bands it's nice to see that groups such as Immolation are keeping that old-fashioned 'dark' styling strong.

I'm just wondering who did the album cover. It looks like a Par Olofsson piece.

I love this album and think their use of added unique sounds to enhance the depth of the music is masterful. This is quality death-metal that makes me intent on hearing the entire EP start to finish. Just so much power, heaviness, and complexity with a pace that's almost groovy. This is a perfect example of a band that's has talent, execution, and originality within their genre in spades. Bravo.
