More jazz metal? Sure, this time with a different twist. The sound itself isn't as particularly "jazzy" as an album like Step In Fluid's One Step Beyond, but rather sounds like some chilled-out instrumental proggy-mathcore album played with bass, drums, a few synths, but mostly the sax.

I'm very surprised I enjoyed it, not usually my kind of music. Great fun stuff.

I'm surprised you liked it! It's kinda hard to resist though, isn't it? I see you getting more and more into the stuff I like. You just want me to speak Portuguese.

I have no idea what you are talking about

In all seriousness, I guess things just change with time. I've warmed up for some jazz and prog stuff. I blame my best friend. He's extremely into prog and jazz which I think it's interesting since we want to do some stuff together and I'm very minimalistic hahahaha. It's all about contrasts.

This album sounds like one 40-minutes-long jam session, which is... Pretty cool. I love progressive music, jazz and any other kind of music that challenges to do a harm to my sanity so Trioscapes is just my kind of band.

P.S. Oh, and that Mahavishnu Orchestra cover is great too.
