The first time I heard Kobra And The Lotus was also the first time I had ever heard the name and the first time I saw them live. They were supporting Sonata Arctica on a recent North American tour and I remember thinking, "Who the hell are they?" But then they took the stage and from the very first song, I was sold. If you haven't seen them live, do yourself a favor and make it happen. Now on to the record.

What happened to her voice! It's nowere near as over the top as the debut.

Few good tracks, few fillers. Production is pretty terrible, so it's hard to listen to this wholly without pauses. The vocals are the best and the worst thing here (beside the production that is); at best they are great and powerful, but on the other hand there are also moments where I wanna mute the singer. Nevertheless, it's an interesting approach on the vocals, rather unique.
The guitar is my sword, I'll fight 'til I die /../
