Saw Lamb of God in Sydney last Saturday night and Michael Starr showed up during the encore marketing their tour Down Under later this year.

Rating: 6 Feel the steel was good, but after it I don't think it's that funny anymore.

Rating: 8 It seems they get better with each album. I always listen with a focus on the comedy aspect but they have definitely improved musically.

Feel the steel was good, but after it I don't think it's that funny anymore.

Neither do I.

That being said, it sounds like they're sacrificing their humor for musicianship and quality, which is A-OK in my book.

Rating: 7 Lyrics aren't quite as good as they used to be, but that's okay because the actual music is great. I'm glad that they are finding their own sound rather than just making more parodies (although "The Burden of Being Wonderful" is basically "Hysteria")

Rating: 8 I think, they have overused graphic/vulgar language... making AYCE less classy & less clever.
ie: too obvious.

Ultimately, AYCE is a more forgettable album than Feel the Steel and Balls Out.

Rating: 4 I just can't get into this band, find it all a bit....er.....pointless. Listened a few times and now think, there's better metal I can be listening to.
RavenEffect - 23.05.2014 at 17:15
Rating: 6 This is so overrated. I mean, some tips are great but the whole album is just mediocre.
Mehdi Taba - 23.06.2014 at 02:19
Rating: 8 I'm not agree with a lot of things about Steel Panther, but their music is great, energetic and powerful "8.4".
