In the Roman year of MMXIV, Sweden's Descend are here to show us that originality is certainly not always the ultimate decider of good music.

A very solid album, perfect mix of some nice, heavier rhythms and progressive metal. Nothing really new here (as it could be...), but it's well crafted, catchy and sounds great. It's an 8. If you liked In Vain's "Aenigma" you should give it a try.

Definitely worth a shot, though it seems kind of forgettable.

Reminds me a lot of Opeth, with a more classic aproach. Loved the way of they wraped the whole thing, "Sundown" is a very good track. Good Album Overall.

Considering their likeness to Opeth and In Mourning, I'm surprised it took me this long to listen to this album. Some brilliant moments, but most of it is just a decent take on the aforementioned bands' styles.

This album is highly underrated. Opeth-like ok, but very good Opeth-like. They still have their style, their approche, a little more aggresive and this is their In Mourning face...:D
More seriously this is a very good band, extremely creative, sensual and Death!!
