The music industry is headed for disaster as it is with streaming capitalism and AI "music", so I really wouldn't be surprised if they *did* make the ears obsolete somehow. Maybe even the humans involved...
I dont think one could have imagined digital releases in the 80s, not me at least. Its a bit scary to think about whats the next step...Something inside probably.
