Whoever said "Rock is Dead!" obviously forgot to mention its demise to Johnny Lima. After hearing his new CD Livin' Out Loud, it's clear that Lima sure as hell didn't get the message.
Johnny Lima is back with a new album called Livin' Out Loud, released May 4, 2009. The album showcases a more guitar-oriented approach than Lima's previous releases, or as one critic put it, "12 stunning new songs! His new stuff sounds dirtier, catchier and rougher than everything else before."

So after 12 years of missing the stage, Lima decided in 2012, to put a band
together to promote, and celebrate his 15 year career. He found some of
the best, most talented, rock musicians to join him on stages all over
Europe and the USA, electrifying audiences who love and miss melodic
rock-n-roll. "2012 and 2013 will allow us to bring entertainment back to
rock-n-roll", states Johnny.

For over 15 years, rock fans could always rely on Johnny Lima to deliver
kick ass, melodic, hard rockin' music, no matter what the flavor of the
month. With a new album expected to be prior to his European tour, Rockn-
roll is not dead and Johnny Lima is going to continue doing what he does
best...proving it!
