20:11 - Redn1ght Yeah, agree with that Jope. Too many albums without thought put into it. :|
20:10 - Enemy of Reality Some relatively (since with te internet, there's no such thing anymore) unknown bands form the 80's, id go for Falcon, Grim Reaper, Dagger, Vendetta, Wargasm, and Norway.
20:09 - flightoficarus My point was, like adolescence, a lot of important development happens. It's just not always pretty. But without it, you don't the more mature stuff that comes later. And yes, most bands that started then started to suck, but..
20:07 - TrueMetalJope Bands who started in 80s or before were good in 80s but stated mostly sucking in 90s. Same as prog rock was good in 70s but boring in 80s.
20:03 - Redn1ght Flight. Hehe, what about all the genres that came out of 80's that you are listening now? :) Can't really hate that era though. The infamy only helped open the doors for more bands which is good. :)
20:03 - Joe Zombie A lot of good stuff came from the 80s, and also a lot of bad. Like any decade of music.
20:01 - flightoficarus I feel like the 80's was metal's awkward adolescence. You had an infancy born from rock in the 60's and 70's, and then this clunky thing covered in pimples searches for it's identity for a few years before solidifying around 85
