| The price is 495 eek / 22,91 lats now, first tickets were cheaper but they have ran out by now. As of transport, Haapsalu is in the western coast of Estonia. Your best option seems to be to get the 11:45 bus from Riga to Tallinn that arrives at 16:10 and from there the 16:20 bus to Haapsalu. I checked the times for the buses that go from Riga to Pärnu and from there to Haapsalu, which would be easier (although about the same cost), but it seems the bus to Pärnu only runs in saturday and sunday and 16th july is a friday. But the Riga-Tallinn-Haapsalu route would cost 330 eek / 15,27 lats or a few lats cheaper with student discount. That is, if you are coming from Riga. But you could always try to hitchhike to Pärnu, should be easy from Riga, and from there take the 16:00 bus to Haapsalu that arrives at 18:30 and costs about 1/3 of the abovementioned price. |
