Housed in a turn-of-the-century mill building, The Masquerade has been known since its inception in 1989 as one of the country's most unique nightclub facilities. There are three levels, Hell, Purgatory, and Heaven and an outdoor park in the back where they put bigger shows if the weaher is good.
The Masquerade is the primary location for metal shows in Atlanta. They book all sorts of other shows too and every Thursday is 80s night.
