17:48 - Hex_Omega So, that 20 EPs are my favourite and the best for me. BUT if I would make 'the best EPs' list it would contain more EPs. Because that EPs on my list are not the only one that are good. Is it more clear now for you?
17:44 - Hex_Omega Ok, lets make it clear. I might like for example 100 albums but only 20 is my favourite. So when I am making 'my favourite list' it will only contain that 20 albums. For example 'The best of' list would contain 100 albums.
17:40 - Clintagram I'm not. But wouldn't, in your opinion, the best EPs also be your favorite? You said they wouldn't be, implying you think there are better ones out there. Kind of confusing.
Australian black death metallers Deströyer 666 have announced that their album Cold Steel.... For An Iron Age will be re-released on December 9th by Season of Mist.
Season of Mist released the official statement: "With 2002's Cold Steel... For An Iron Age, Black/Thrash metallers Deströyer 666 continued their steep climb in the favour of fans and critics alike. On next December 9th, this modern classic will be re-released in an irresistible package. The new version not only includes the bonus track "The Dragon", but the Australians also treated their masterpiece to a spectacular brand-new graphic design with liner notes. This is clearly a must have for all Deströyer 666 fans!"
Bay Area thrashers Heathen will be replacing Deströyer 666 on the upcoming North American Reckoning Tour headlined by German thrash metallers Destruction.
Deströyer 666 will be unable to travel due to guitarist/vocalist Keith (K.K. Warslut)'s upcoming surgery for a torn ACL (anterior cruciate ligament).
Bassist & vocalist Schmier comments on the new touring bill, which still includes Warbeast from Texas: "Destruction wishes Keith a safe and quick recovery! In the meantime, we are really happy to announce their old friends Heathen as a replacement for Deströyer 666! These Bay Area thrashers are one of my favorite thrash bands of all time and we will be sharing the European stages with them in some weeks on the Killfest Tour. It's fantastic to have an opportunity to tour with old friends on both sides of the globe! German & Bay Area Thrash together on tour - how much more kick-ass can it get?! I can't wait to hit the road again now, hope to see you all out there!"
Destruction will be returning to North America in support of their new studio album, Day Of Reckoning, due out in the US and Canada on March 8th, 2011 and on February 18th in Europe. Special guests on the tour are Australia's Deströyer 666.
Destruction bassist & vocalist Schmier shares the following on the upcoming trek: "It feels fantastic to return to North American shores for the first time after our return to Nuclear Blast with a new album as brutal as Day Of Reckoning on our backs. This is the strongest material we have written since The Antichrist and we are burning to present these shredding songs and introduce our new 6.6 foot tall drum animal Vaaver (UnSun, Indukti) live! Of course, all the Destruction classics will be there; we know what our faithful fans want and we will serve them well! You will feel the force of the strongest line-up we have ever had. Experience the true power and the rigorous precision of German Thrash Metal live this spring! Can't fuckin' wait!"

The Australian tour announced by Deströyer 666 some months ago has been cancelled. Dates for the tour hadn't been posted yet, but the tour has been postponed until further notice. The reason for the postponement is the untimely death of drummer Mersus' uncle. The band has however been confirmed for the United Metal Maniacs Festung Festival 2009.
In other Deströyer 666 news, the upcoming new album from the band originally titled "Siege" has now been renamed to "Defiance".
