It's one of my current favourite Equilibrium songs!"

Since the songs on Rekreatur are way more diverse and varied than ever, it wasn't an easy decision which song to post first. We chose "Die Affeninsel" ("The Monkey Island") to begin with."
Andreas Völkl (who wrote the lyrics) shares a bit more info about the song: "Die Affeninsel" is about an adventure in a land far away where three tests must be passed to fullfil a fraternity pledging. It's been inspired by an old pirate tale that some gamers of you might know."

The mood in the band is fantastic and we can not wait to get him on the stage!"
Robse himself adds:
"I am proud and grateful to become a part of the Equilibrium family! René had asked me two years ago if I'd like to sing in another project of his. So we already had quite a good connection. But getting the opportunity to sing with his main band is just fantastic! The boys and the girl gave me such a warm welcome, I'm absolutely thrilled by whatever the future may bring!"
