05:48 - Fearmeister Yea, I know. People have different values about whats important with music
05:48 - deadone Totally agree Guib. We all enjoy music in different ways.
05:46 - Guib I beginning to think it's kinda useless to argue about this. For some people it matters for others it doesn't. Don't think anyone's going to convince anyone tonight.
05:45 - Fearmeister Exactly the same? No. But not by that much
05:44 - Guib It's the principle of dynamics basically :P Makes everything better.
05:43 - deadone Fearmeister: So if those riffs were overpolished or put right back in the mix under the vox and drums or if they were more dense and undistinguishable, would the enjoyment still be the same?
05:40 - Guib @Fear: Yeah ok that's what I thought :P

The band now consists of Ricardo Matias (who also plays in Scaffold Bird) on guitars, André Vieira on vocals and, at last but not least, Fernando Matias, the band's producer, on bass.
The five doomsters are now preparing for a new season of gigs starting in the next fall. By that time, the band will also release a new song composed by the new line-up, a small appetizer for the successor of Loosely Bounded Infinities, released in September last year.

At both concerts, the position of João Galrito will be filled by a very special guest, whose name will be announced soon and certainly won't disappoint anyone. In the meanwhile, auditions for the final place(s) of vocalist/lead guitarist are opened.

"Since the album is getting close to it's final stage, with everyting recorded and Fernando Matias working his magic for the final mix, it is time, we guess, to start unveiling some stuff.
Mourning Lenore's debut album will be called Loosely Bounded Infinities, and the design and cover artwork are in the skilled hands of Pedro Daniel (Phobos Anomaly), whom we collaborated with for our first photoshoot and will be doing so for the next one.
Stay tuned, for in the next weeks we'll be posting the cover artwork as well as the song titles and a small teaser of what's to come in these loosely bounded infinities."
Portuguese atmospheric doom metallers Mourning Lenore have posted the following update on their official MySpace:
"For those who aren't aware, Mourning Lenore will release their debut full-length in the first half of 2010. At this moment we are in studio with the master - Mr. Fernando Matias - recording four songs. Drums, bass and rhythmic guitars are done and this weekend we will finish the recordings of leads and solos. By the end of January we will return to studio to record vocals and arrangements. Things are going pretty smoothly and we believe this will be a damn great work. The album, still untitled, with contain four news songs, an intro and, as bonus, the songs "Rain's Seduction" and "Patterns of Emptiness" - from our split CD with Insaniae - a little rearranged. In the end, this album will offer more than an hour of music."
