The new album is set to be released via Century Media Records in late April 2015. The vocalist Nick Holmes has recently joined Bloodbath. While yesterday it was announced that AC/DC's drummer Phil Rudd had been charged with attempting to procure murder of two men in New Zealand as well as with threatening to kill and possession of methamphetamine and cannabis, the charge of attempting to procure murder has been withdrawn. Meanwhile, the Aussie rockers have also released a brief statement addressing this situation. It is not clear where the drummer stands within the band right now.

Things aren't going well for AC/DC lately. Recently, their founding guitarist Malcolm Young left the band after his family announced he was suffering from dementia. Now drummer Phil Rudd has been charged with attempting to procure murder of two men in New Zealand. He has appeared in New Zealand's Tauranga District Court where he was charged with the attempted murder as well as drug charges and was subsequently released on bail. The identities of the intended victims and potential hitman have been suppressed by the judge.

Understandably, Mitch Harris will not be performing with the band in the near future and the group will bring in guitarists to replace him. However, they haven't revealed their identities yet. Napalm Death are about to release a new album Apex Predator - Easy Meat and will tour in North America with Voivod next year around the time of the album release.
