Amon Amarth have announced a string of European headlining shows, scheduled for May 2011. Support on the road will come from The Black Dahlia Murder. As previously reported, Amon Amarth will support Children Of Bodom and Ensiferum on the UK/Ireland leg of their Ugly World Tour. Get dates here.
Amon Amarth's upcoming album, Surtur Rising, will be released on March 29, 2011 via Metal Blade Records.

| What a short tour, and i couldn't help but notice they're only playing in the "safe zone"(nordic countries, germany, benelux, france)... i guess it's normal when promoting a new album though. |

I wouldn't worried about this too much...I'm sure they will add more shows to this tour, cuz Amon Amarth always had extensive tours. Maybe not in one piece, but still... |

| Seen both bands 3x now, together would just be amazing. Can't wait for the North America tour that will follow AA's new album. |
