Strange song, reminds me a bit of "centric flow" i think. it sounds nice but i cannot say something completed about it. awaiting for the album!!!

Obscura is one of my favorite bands and even I didn't expect the first song to be that good. Saying that I can't wait would be a SEVERE understatement.

Sounds immense! Will have to get the new album pre-ordered. Hope they do a headlining UK tour in the not too distant future!

a SEVERE understatement.

on the other hand, at least for me, i like it some times when a song (or an album) is difficult to digest. that's because when you manage to digest it you love it even more!

Interesting. Not exactly sure what to think. Probably have to wait for the full album to judge.

Now that is one nice intro... just great when blastbeats kick in all of a sudden
ImperialTroll - 20.01.2011 at 23:30
Awesome song man! this album is gonna KILLL!
K†ulu - 20.01.2011 at 23:56
I listened to it three times in the morning and I was not satisfied to tell the truth. It sounded a bit cliche and modern I guess, and not very original. Maybe it needs more time. Let's see.
BloodTears - 21.01.2011 at 00:38
I like it.

Sick intro

lol I thought I was listening to Metallica for a second
virtual-x - 21.01.2011 at 02:49
Perfection! Acoustic part is so good, well done Obscura.
Johnra - 21.01.2011 at 06:52
If Omnivium's songs are arranged on the album like Cosmogenesis were, then the first track is the least interesting, so the rest of the album will only get better. This is a great song, and each listen gets better. It isn't as necrophagist sounding as cosmogenesis. Definite Metallica influence haha
Sword_Chant - 22.01.2011 at 14:51
I'm not usually into this style of metal, but it sounds badass! Love the intro, love the clean vocals in the middle as well - it moves in different directions from Cosmogenesis. They sound more technical than ever

Argh! this new myspace code... only now i've discovered the true value of MS myspace music player feature - thumbs up!

However, according to this new song, the new album is going to be great - thumbs up also
Deadmeat - 24.01.2011 at 02:21
Well... i've listened to this song many many times and each time it becomes better! it's really great, the vocals are awesome (but also a bit weak sometimes -at the verses), the acoustic part great, also the clean vocals are great. my fav moment on the song is the one that starts at 2' 12"! it is amazing!

the only weak point i am afraid it'll be the production but i hope that it is just the stupid Myspace player...
