UK technical death metal band Bloodshot Dawn has premiered a new music video for the track "Vision". The song is taken from the band's eponymous debut Bloodshot Dawn, which was self-released at the end of January. More album details were previously reported here.

| Not a bad song. Vocals are kind of meh, bass is ok, drumming is solid albeit unimpressive for a band being labeled as tech death but the guitar work is farely impressive as it should be considering they have a twin 7 string setup. Was kinda disappointed though that the one playing the Dean Rusty Cooley didn't do more but I guess you can't really judge a musician much by his instrument anymore these days since almost everybody plays 7 string guitars these days... |

Indeed. Sick groove and some decent melodies, even if they seem like they should be in a Scar Symmetry song. On the whole they aren't really a technical tech-death band, but I guess their approach is slightly more technical than your average death metal band so you've gotta throw them into one of the two categories.
Vocals definitely prevent this from grabbing me though. |
