Weeping Silence - Part Ways With Vocalist

Rachel Grech, who has been Weeping Silence's female vocalist for over a decade has left the band. Rachel has sung on all the band's studio efforts including their most recent work For The Unsung, released last month via Ravenheart Music.

The gothic doom outfit put out the following statement: "Sadly we announce that Rachel Grech, our female-vocalist for the past decade, & Weeping Silence have parted ways. An unforgettable & particularly rewarding chapter in the band's story has come to a close. Rachel has sung on 3 albums, apart from several other achievements made along the way, of which we are extremely proud. Her contribution will never be forgotten! We wish her the best of luck in her continuing music career! Weeping Silence has no intention to cancel commitments, & work is at hand to complete the line-up in the near future. We are committed to begin a new chapter in the band's life & the motivation to do what we do is immense. Weeping Silence & Rachel thank Ravenheart Music & LimeLight Prod, & the fans in particular for the support."

Weeping Silence is holding auditions for a female vocalist. Singers are to get in touch for details by writing to weepingsilence(at)gmail.com or a private FB msg. According to the band, "the singer must be into the style, very dedicated & have the time to meet the commitments of WS."

Mr. Doctor
I remember listening to Theatre Of Life for the 2011 awards. Man that was awful.
