The Acacia Strain will not be able to finish their current co-headlining tour with Veil Of Maya. The band was forced to drop off their tour after an accident involving their van. This is one of many bus/van accidents that happened to several bands this year like Baroness for example. The good news is that both the band and crew didn't suffer any serious injuries.

Official statement from the band: "It comes with heavy hearts and sadness to announce that The Acacia Strain will be leaving their co-headlining tour with Veil Of Maya due to a serious van accident. Members of the band and crew are being treated for minor injuries, nothing serious."

Frontman Vincent Bennett commented: "Canceling tour dates is something we hate doing but we will make it up to all of you. We are all very grateful to be alive and will see you in the New Year."

Other update from the band: "As you can see, we will not be able to finish our tour with Veil Of Maya. We are very sorry and, again, we will make this up to you all. Please support Veil Of Maya, Upon A Burning Body, Volumes, and Twitching Tongues on the rest of the tour."

Glad they're all right. Good thing it wasn't as bad as the Baroness accident.
