Things have been moving along in the U.D.O. camp these past few months. The band has been busy recording the new album entitled Decadent, and the process has been completed recently. Now the album is in the mixing stages and is scheduled for a January 2015 release. Decadent represents the 15th full length album released by Udo Dirkschneider and the crew, and is also the follow up to Steelhammer, released in 2013.

The band issued the following statement: "Our new album is recorded and after each one got sunburned, everybody must deal with their weather at home. Udo left with the new album, and I guess Mattes and him are already mixing it! Francesco recorded his drums in his Studio in Italy, as we did with Steelhammer. It was a pleasure to have Kasperi and Andrej in the studio. Just to sit there and listen what they are doing! And they did great! Already a big thanx to our team, Mattes, Holger, Markus."
