German power metallers Primal Fear are thrilled to announce the Ruling Europe Tour, booked for the month of February, 2016. The band already confirmed the release of their upcoming new record Rulebreaker for January 29th, 2016. The tour will be co-headlined by Brainstorm, who will also bring the new record, Scary Creatures in January, and special guests Striker with a new record coming in February, 2016.
