Rivers Of Nihil - Working On New Album
Rivers Of Nihil have entered the studio to begin recording a third studio album at Atrium Audio (where the band also recorded 2015's Monarchy) with Carson Slovak and Grant McFarland. Due out early 2018 via Metal Blade Records, this record will continue the seasonal concept that began with spring on Rivers Of Nihil's debut, The Conscious Seed of Light, and was followed-up with the oppressive summer heat on Monarchy.

These guys have a great formula, but it seems they are never able to bring it to fruition. Every album so far has been good, but nothing that warrants a second play in my eyes. Hopefully they will pass that barrier with this record and actualise their sound.
