Sumac - To Embark On European Tour In October
American sludge/post-metal collective Sumac are pleased to announce that they will return to Europe this October for a two-week-long tour. The trek begins on October 1st in Stockholm (Sweden) at the Gloomy Days Fest.
Statement from the band as follows: "We are very happy to announce we are returning to Europe for the first time in a long while, and are grateful to be bringing our friend and excellent musician Patrick Shiroishi along with us. Though we’re not able to make stops in all the places we’d like to go, we’re covering as much ground as possible in the time allowed. Additionally, we’re performing at the Gloomy Days Festival in Stockholm for the first time, and returning to Porto (one of our favorite places), for another wonderful instalment of Amplifest. Lastly, we’ll be sharing stages with Pharaoh Overlord and Deafheaven for special one off bills along the way. Thanks to all who helped facilitate these activities and looking forward to seeing you soon."
