US metallers Theocracy have issued the short following update on their MySpace blog:
"Theocracy is proud to announce Jared Oldham as their new bass player!
Jared has been filling in and touring with the band for some time now, so making it official is a mere formality.
Jared brings years of musical experience and a great singing voice, and his personality fits the band like a glove.
