I think people lack of some sportsmanship there in the Balkans... just because you don't like Ronaldo, doesn't mean you have to defend and justify a way of playing that was way far from being just "rough", as you wrongly say. Leko deserved to be sent off at least on two occassions...

If Pepe deserved to be sent off in that foul made to Alves, then Leko deserved a long time ban from football grounds.

But anyway, we will see if those warriors from Dinamo are that brave when they come to Madrid.

Don't get me wrong. If I was the referee Dinamo would have ten players after that tackle outside the box in the first half. True, I don't like Ronaldo, nor Dinamo for that matter. But whats up with his "referees should protect the best players" statement. The only way they can "protect" them is by having a harsher criteria when they get fouled, and how is that objective refereeing if the ref has to be biased to superstars?

I agree whit you here in thos one about superstars, player slike Ronaldo shood be make fun everywhere they go, Beckenbauer was super star, what he is now, Ronaldo is much more super star, but will someoen remeber him , where is Brazilian Ronaldo now fast cars are broken, pussy is locked, bank is closed, non remebers him

Chelsea 3-1 City.

Guardiola's sides couldn't stop a high-class team's counter attacks if their lives depended on them doing it. He had Busquets (the most important player during the golden era) at Barcelona to break up most counter attacks, without him, Guardiola's sides are doomed to concede a shitload of quick goals against teams as good as Chelsea. Also, Aguero should be banned for half the season for that violent tackle on Luiz, that was unacceptable.

I must admit, I am certainly not keen on the way the World Cup is looking. Although to be entirely honest, until I see it in action I will reserve full judgement.

On a domestic level, I suppose Swansea City, which is turning out to be quite a depressing experience this year. I highly doubt will we avoid relegation the way we are playing at the moment and the current trend of smashing through managers before they get a chance (in English football in general to be fair, not sure what it is like in the rest of Europe) is making it so we will never have a proper chance to rebuild. Unfortunately if we go down to the Championship I cannot see us going straight up like Newcastle, for instance, have done and look to be doing again. We shall see though, just keep cheering them on and hope for the best.

New WC format is gonna be pure fecal matter. Like an even worse version of last year's Euro.

Plagued with amateur teams, so many snooze-inducing matches (Azerbaijan vs Mozambique? Sounds fun). And the match ups will ruin the whole merit of quality teams (again, like last year's Euro). Plus FIFA crooks get more money and offers them new posibilities of illicit activities. Yeah, this Infantino guy was totally gonna change the Blatter ways....

Yay.

I disagree that EC was disaster it was OK , some outsaider games was OK and fun to watch, but in Europe and SA America plays better football,
I think we need 4 more Europe teams and 1 SA, 1 Africa, Asia and direct Oceania ... but not os many, its just TV shit

EC was indeed a disaster with loads and loads and loads of truly terrible matches. Worst EC ever.

Well that was abysmal. I wasn't expecting to get anything from the Arsenal game, but losing 4-0 with two own goals was certainly not the way I wanted it to end. Not blaming the new manager at all as it will certainly take more than one game to get everything back where it should be, but we need to buck our ideas up if we are going to stay in the Premier League this season!

Celta 2-1 RM. Zidane's insane luck has run out, Cristiano as poor as ever and getting shittier with every match, what an overrated player he truly is and has been for most of his career. This pretty much always happens to teams, when a long successful streak ends, though. If the first half of the season is amazing, there'll be no glory at the end. Happened to Barca, happening to RM too.
