Now it's even rumored that not only Barca but Real Madrid want Fabregas too...and Nasri isn't extending his contract, he said himself that he wants to go to Man Utd if they want to have him...Wenger won't sell him, so most probably next summer Nasri will be a free agent

Toronto Reptors LOL
man have you lived in Yellow Knife

Canada can reach that special edition of Copa America if they ty since US and Mexico get places LOL

Not sure why you brought up the Raptors since they aren't relevant. If anything you could have at least went for Toronto FC, the local Major League Soccer team.

Never been to or lived in any of Canada's territories - just the provinces. The only one I haven't spent significant time in is Nova Scotia.

I don't know what the Copa America is but I'm assuming it's some kind of football tournament? If so, I wouldn't invest too much hope in the Canadian squad, unless the women go too.

I just testing you :p

Copa America is S American championships (what Arg has won most BTW , but last time in 1993) it will be played in Chile, next year, (must be in Brazil, but they changed to 2019)
There are all S American teams + 2 wild card places (Mexico is invited often )
Uruguay as title holder, Chile as host ... but 2016 there will be like 100 year edition in USA

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2015_Copa_Am%C3%A9rica

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copa_Am%C3%A9rica_Centenario

but I don't give hight hopes since many team might send some reserve teams

You might be interceded in 2015 CONCACAF Gold Cup
Canada plays there

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2015_CONCACAF_Gold_Cup

and also CONCAF WC qualification there are stages
like 1th round island teams play one home, one away and agg winners gos farther
second round is groups stage whit weaker teams , 4 groups winners go up (one home one away game whit each)
3th round is big teams 2 teams from group goes to fort round
4 is basically those teams In one groups, one home, one away whit each
1-2-3 goes direct to WC and 4th (as last WC Mexico) plays whit Oceania winner (mainly New Zeeland

Mexico 5-1 New Zeeland (Esatio Azteca)
NZ 2-4 Mexico IMO in Welington

article about 2018 qual is not ready

This was basically me all day today.

I couldn't even tell who here was happy or upset. Everyone was just yelling and drinking and singing what were presumably national anthems. It's amazing to see the football culture here. I've lived in almost every major city in Canada and not one of them reaches the level of Toronto, although Montreal comes extremely close.

You complaining about that in a country that didn't even qualify? Imagine the amount of noise one gets to endure in a country that did qualify but where everyone thought the team would be eliminated during the group stages but went on to win the bronze medal.

This was underneath my window right after The Netherlands beat Costa Rica. But this was a nice quiet evening compared to other parts in town

I dare not imagine what it would have been like if The Netherlands had made the final or even won it...

Nacional should have lost the first match, drew on a goal in the final minute of stoppage time The crowd at the bar went nuts.

Nacional should have won the leg in Buenos Aires, they thoroughly outplayed Sl for 35-40 minutes of the first half, hit the post, had several other great set-ups with shots that fell wide of the mark. SL got theirs via PK... and sort of took over a bit in the second half, but never really made much out of it.

I agree whit you about 1th game, it was like Man Utd , in Barcelona 1999, I saw both games in re play, some say worth final ever, I don't know, but it was good, I think SL was not so good, well both were same and game 2 , Nacional has some good changes as well, .... but it ended as t ended ... now Copa Sudamericana
