Much old swedish death metal are played in B-tuning. At least many sunlight studio bands. Nihilist plays this one in B i think.

It depends on what your definition of "Death Metal" is, but Amon Amarth - Pursuit of Vikings should be quite fun.

Pretty much Carcass' whole catalogue is in B tuning. Arch Enemy's first 3 albums are also in B tuning...

Heartwork by Carcass is good, uses all 5 strings so if you want to play a song which uses all of them, give that a go

This might not be the answer you are looking for but i would try learning songs that aren't in standard B on your standard B guitar. the positions of the scales/chords say on songs in standard D or E would help you learn the fretboard without having to tune up to that exact tuning.
as for tabs, transpose or learn by ear, you will be surprised at how fast you get figuring out pitches/intervals/riffs without having to think too much. learning to listen in such a way is very important in a band
demonical, cryptopsy - off the top of my head.
