Great bm from the guys behind Ash Borer. Kinda like Skaphe but without the pyschedelic-y sound and riffing.

Tool - Lateralus. I honestly can't believe that I am only now starting to appreciate Tool's music. What an awesome band. Also, apparently Tom Morello heard some new material from Tool a few days ago and said it sounded great. Color me excited.

Aphex Twin - Drukqs The pacing is not as good as the Richard D james album but still there are just too many golden moments here that makes it as close to being a masterpiece as it is literally possible. And so much more fit for easy listening than Autechre.

Trying to finish up on the 2017 albums I have/want to give a second listen before the end of the year. Medda - Conquest Wintersun - The Forest Seasons Vandroya - Beyond the Human Mind (still a disappointment, I expected more after their debut which I really liked). Crimfall - Amain Mogwai - Every Country's Sun Claymorean - Sounds From A Dying World Gods Of Silence - Neverland Bell Witch - Mirror Reaper (Seeing Marcel's list of top albums of 2017 reminded me that I still had to listen to this one. So it's the only album that was a first listen from this list, For me it's definitely an album you have to be in a certain mood for to really enjoy it - love the atmosphere and production on this album).
