I have deleted the old poll and made a new one because of some mistakes with the bands in the poll. Same as last poll, I reall am interested about the results in this. I know I left out some really great grind bands like Carcass, Terrorizer, Anal Cunt, ANb, Phobia, Inhume, Regurgitate, and GUT but I think the bands in the poll are all good. My vote goes for Pig Destroyer, because I like everything about them. The guitars, drums, vocals, lyrics all awesome.

dude, you cant make a list of 60 bands because everyone's fav have to be in it. these are pretty much the most well known. but I agree

I vote Pig Destroyer. even if it had 60 bands in the poll.

Pig Destroyer delivered a true masterpiece with Prowler In The Yard
the other albums are head bashers as well

Ok then. Last Days of Humanity, Anal Cunt and Regurgitate---they are quite well known (more so than Rotten Sound and Impetigo!) and should definately be on the list.

Just like most genres, grindcore is prety hit or miss for me. For some reason I cant stand Pig Destroyer, but I absolutely love Insect Warfare (to whom my vote is cast).
