Those Who Lie Beneath is a deathcore-ish outfit from Portland, Oregon. They seem to mix together early 2000's styled deathcore (think The Red Chord, Glass Casket or From A Second Story Window) with various other extreme metal influences including black metal at times. For their genre their breakdown usage seems to be quite limited and they use rather large amounts of technical/melodic sweeping, done quite tastefully I'd say. I'd urge everyone who at least has a passing interest in good deathcore, deathgrind or even tech death to check this out cause this is really really damn good. (And yes they are signed to fucking Rise Records, I don't understand it either wtf somebody explain dis to me)
