Some terrible music just happens to have a tasty solo in it that almost makes it worth listening to.. almost. For example, I just heard this one on the radio: What's up with that lady's helmet hair?!! That thing could probably serve as an airbag in a car wreck. Boring kick, snare drum machine bullshit. Lady's voice sounds some kind of mutant bird. Ugliest white guitar ever. Just so much suck about this pile of shit, but that solo at 2:43. Pretty darn good, actually. Hmm, such a shame it's in such a terrible song. What's your favorite? Would say Michael Jackson's "Beat It" falls into this category with Van Halen's tasty guitar work, but I actually like that song (and MJ in general), so no. Doesn't count because good song.
