In a recent interview with Sakis Fragos of 'Rock Hard Greece', Blind Guardian frontman Hansi Kürsch talked also about the progress on their upcoming 12th studio record. Hansi told that the new music is has been mixed and is now ready to be mastered in coming days. We can expect more info/details soon.

I am not used to be anxious about an upcoming album, of any band...
Except BGs albums...
Violent Shadows sounded really nice... hope the album keeps it in the same line..

Before the Orchestral Album, this would have made me so excited. Now, I'm a bit reserved and hope that it will be a significant jump in quality. Violent Shadows sounded okay. I hope playing Imaginations from the Other Side regularly caused them to revisit that style on the new record.
