@lupas : hey you're so lucky  " E = MC2 " ? Haha so we will even have a song about Einstein here in an Ayreon album . And " 2085" may be a sequel to the song 2084. We already knew from The Dream Sequencer album that the earth is destroyed in the year 2084, so what will happen in 2085  ? mankind's arriving to Mars ? All in all the list sounds really interesting. I can't wait, either

Seems from the tracklist that the concept is about what happened on earth before it was destroyed (by an a-bomb?) So, it's a prequel to the last four Ayreon albums? Anyway, the album of the year 2008 is hereby already announced, if not Opeth release their best album so far or Pink Floyd reunite.

Judging from the samples it's Ayreon allright! Can't wait. If one would like to speculate with me then I'd suggest the following. The story unfolds on the planet Y where the foreverians have lived for thousands of years in a comatose-like state ("Comatose"). Then somekind of uprising or perhaps just a change of mind occurs ("Newborn Race") and they move on to new horizons. Some intrigue develops and someone releases a comet ("Ride The Comet") or perhaps that (group of) foreverian(-s) escape with it out of the Planet Y system. But it eventually leads to the "The Fifth Extinction" on Earth and wipes out the dinosaurs. Perhaps some foreverians survive or perhaps the comet brings something to Earth and helps humans to eventually rule the planet, perhaps through some "Unnatural Selection". Humans eventually go lightspeed ("E=MC2") and travel through space. Or perhaps the title of the song symbolizes the nuclear bomb and the destruction it brings and eventually leads to "The Sixth Extinction" in the year 2084. Next we revisit the theme of last man alive on Mars ("To The Planet Of Red") in the year 2085 who becomes the new migrator ("Complete The Circle")? On the other hand, it might not be like that at all..
