Other than my music, reading and video games are my passion. Stephen King is my favorite author by far. I play Magic: The Gathering.
My favorite genres are black, doom, and power metal.
I am in college studying geology and history. My current historical fascination is Anglo-Saxon England, especially the transition period into Norman rule, and the differences between Medieval feudalism and the earlier social structure of Anglo-Saxon cultures.
I try to introduce as many people as I can, such as my girlfriend and friends, to heavy metal, though I don't force it on them - if they don't like it, I try to respect that.
