To walk the path of the metal poseur is to pick the plumpest of mainstream fruits and succour the sweet secretions contained within. It is the art of walking with giants of mainstream underground extremism whilst maintaining one foot firmly on the part of pop monumentalism.

The path is dangerous for the faux fur of metal consumerism is a tempting demon whore that claws at the inner self of underground triumphalism. These are the eagles that soar through the mind galleries of every metal poseur, no matter how compartmentalised their singularity may be.

This is the story of pure poseur exhiliration, of a life lived on the edge of eternal non-consumerist abyss that are my favourite albums. Do you dare partake in their extremity, their life shattering essence, the pure poseur power?

That description is hilarious. I feel pretty endangered just looking through it.

In all seriousness, you have some good albums here. Not all of them are to my taste, but it's a good start!

Why Do You Have To Capitalise Every Word? I Mean Yes The Description Is Funny, And There Are A Couple Albums I Like In This, But Is It Worth Typing Like This?

Some favs of mine in there. I don't really get hung up on whether the music I listen to is popular or trendy. No place for Heartwork in that list?

Great album but it never got entrenched in my soul. I actually prefer Necroticism over it.

Aha, you fucked up with tags. Same problem with me. =P

Anyway, lot of good albums there in. And +1 for description.

I wonder what would a word starting as italic and ending as bold without having even started look like?

Nice to see The American Way by Sacred Reich in the list, it's such a great album, one of my favorites as well and their only album that I listen to these days. Timeless, it will never get old for me (and I listened to it for the first time back in '93 if I remember right, damn, I'm an old fart )
