Gigantic Brain sounds really cool, but I wish they / he would make longer songs. Not really enough time to fully flesh out the ideas I find.

Considering how rare the Cybergrind genre has become lately I really do appreciate the little stuff I find. But yeah I don't exactly remember it playing all it's cards.

There's quiet some hype for Blood Incantation, I guess I should start listening to them as a way to get back on track after a break of 2 months without listening new albums.

Do it. It is definitely a well written album but I wouldn't hype it a lot as it clearly isn't the best the genre can offer. My main problem is the sound which lacks that heavy bass murky osdm should have. They clearly have a lot of potential though.

Well I don't mind if my death metal sounds clean, as long as the music has balls, it's more than enough.

Yes, just wanted to take a deep dive this year. I've just ordered them by rating today to make it easier for people to browse through the albums in case they want to check them out.

Blood Incantation!

Yes, a very good release, in a rather weak year for death metal I'd say.

Ya I've seen this floating around in bandcamp and the cover didn't interest me frankly. Will now give a listen and see how it sounds.

Heard it maybe a week or so ago. It's pretty good I thought. They did really well balancing the noisy production, which is where I find bands like that tend to fail.
