Another list of another great band. Blind Guardian wasn't among my favourites in my teens even if I liked plenty of their songs, in later years I however have started to appreciate them much more.

So yeah, here's the list with some top picks. I have not included the orchestra album as I really don't know how to rate it compared to their other albums. Maybe i'll add it in the future.

Like my other genre lists, this is not meant to be a definitive guide to power metal or a binding judgment on what power metal is or is not. My personal ranking of all the Blind Guardian studio albums. I think all of their albums in the 90's are absolutely fantastic and my favourite has switched around a few times because of this. For quite a few years it was Tales From The Twilight World, then it was Imaginations From The Other Side. I have to agree with my number 1 choice though. When it comes to the worst albums, I don't actually think they have any weak studio albums, but the debut isn't really impressive to me and while Follow The Blind was an improvement, it still lacks something when compared to the releases that would come after. I think A Twist In The Myth is somewhat underrated and I was highly disappointed with their 2015 release Beyond The Red Mirror
