Additional info
Although considered by some as an EP, it is listed as a full length album on their website.
This album is part of the "Emerald Sword" saga but it runs parallel to the main story and is not a fundamental episode.
Alex Holzwarth is listed as the drummer but did not contribute to the recordings.
This album was also released in a limited edition gatefold digipack, with the "Rain of A Thousand Flames" (video version) as bonus track.
"Queen of the Dark Horizons" is based on the main theme of the horror picture "Phenomena", by the Italian 70's prog rock band Goblin.
Tracks 4-7 together form "Rhymes of A Tragic Poem - The Gothic Saga."
"The Wizard's Last Rhymes" is based on the "New World Symphony" composed by Antonin Dvorak. |

Good, not typical Rhapsody's work. Very active beginning. Queen kicks ass!!! and nice relax is Elnor. Dying angel is nice too.

This EP totally deserves a nice score, this is, in my own humble opinion, one of the greatest works of the band, and a crucial part for the story of the Emerald Sword saga (even if it sounds cheesy, it's another chapter of the story). Perfect in all ways, and the addition of the New World Symphony in the last song is spectacular.
