Morhana is a folk-metal band, which combines in its music both heavy and melodic sounds, achieving a balance between folk music and hard, but by no means bland, metal. Morhana draws musical inspiration from various regions of the world, making use of fast, lively Breton themes as well as melodic, sad songs in a strictly Slavonic style.

The use of classical instruments accounts for the music's lightness, which supported by the powerful sound of guitars creates a truly explosive mixture. The vocals - the strong, guttural male one on the one hand, and the clear, high-pitched female one on the other - complement the whole, accounting for the band's unique character.
