Nevermore - Trivia

Nevermore was formed after Warrel Dane and Jim Sheppard's previous band, Sanctuary, had disbanded.
Nevermore frontman Warrel Dane and bassist Jim Sheppard are both certified chefs, and once owned a restaurant together in Seattle.
Nevermore got their name from the repeated refrain in Edgar Allan Poe's poem "The Raven". The band also referenced the poem in the title track from their 2005 album "This Godless Endeavor".
Jeff Loomis tried out for Megadeth, but was rejected because he was too young.
