| A new chapter is opened, new festival name and hopefully the rest will stay the same as it was in the past years. |
|
|
|
| 11 new bands are already confirmed. |

Like a few of the bands... let's see what they come up with now that Rock The Nations (that always brings the same bands ) is no more....
Preparing the trip quite early hoping this will finally be the year I can assist ! |

|
| Looks like a lot of the bands are playing Burning Sea as well. |

What do you mean that Rock the nation is no more ? The company dissolved? Or they are no longer associated with Metalcamp/Metaldays ? |

Rock The Nation is no longer associated with this event, that's why the name is also changed. Otherwise nothing else has changed. |

Ahh, I get it now. I've spoken with the booker at metalcamp and he told me about moving away from RTN. I thought he worked with RTN previously.
Well lets see how it goes without RTN, I think they'll be fine. |

The current line-up looks like this (before the edits will be updated):
Mayhem
Powerwolf
Primordial
Candlemass
Ihsahn/Leprous (with special 90 minutes show)
Legion Of The Damned
Enslaved
Aura Noir
Tsjuder
Shining
Lock Up
Nightmare
Soen
Cripper
Steel Engraved
4ARM
Attick Demons |
|
|
|
| Good to see that some organizers begin to break free from RTN's grip. |
|
|
|
| A bit disapointing line-up for now... The first announcement was great, but it's gradually starting to look like the typical "german-type-fest" (as it was the case before, thought it could vary a bit with promoter change). |
|
|
|
The last announcement is pretty sweet: Anaal Nathrakh, Brutal Truth, The Rotted, Exhumed, Mouth Of The Architect,...
If anything, there is definitely gonna be enough of quality grindcore at this fest |

Well, the line-up is almost fulfilled, just couple of bands that need to be announced (plus the time schedule).
To be sincere, around 80% of the complete line-up is unappealing for my taste. However I am still thinking of going for 3 days (24.-26.7.), mostly for fun and cuz the place/venue over there is freaking breathtaking. |

DA KIIIIIIIIIIIIING !!!
Honestly, the line-up looks great, specially compared with previous years. It's a big plus considering concerts aren't always the priority in Tolmin ! |
