Ævangelist - Set New Album Title

US blackened death metal act Ævangelist revealed today the title of their upcoming album due to be released in 2017 on their label Debemur Morti Productions. Death Created Time To Grow The Things That It Would Kill was the chosen name for the fifth full-length studio album. For now, any other additional details about an official tracklist or cover are yet to be unveiled. Be patient.

Unisonic - Drummer Leaves, Band On Hiatus

German power metallers Unisonic made two important announcements recently. The first is that drummer Kosta Zafiriou has left the band. Secondly, the band is going on hiatus, because Michael Kiske and Kai Hansen will reunite with Helloween for a world tour. After that, they promise to return and work on their third album.

Echelon - Stream New Song

Swedish death metallers Echelon, fronted by Dave Ingram (Benediction, Bolt Thrower), are about to release a new album this year called The Brimstone Aggrandizement. Messe Des Morts VI - Draws Protests, Graveland Show Cancelled

According to TVA Nouvelles and other sources, the last day of the Messe Des Morts festival, which was scheduled to take place yesterday (November 26th) in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, has been canceled "for safety reasons" following a protest against one of the event's performers with alleged ties to white supremacist groups, Graveland. Ulcerate, Mgła, Cult Of Fire and more performed on this year's festival.

Memoriam - To Release EP, Reveal Debut Album Title

A few months ago, Memoriam revealed that they had signed a record deal with Germany-based metal giant Nuclear Blast. But before their label debut album entitled For The Fallen drops, the EP called The Hellfire Demos II will be released by the label on January 20th. It contains two demo versions of new tracks from this old school death metal machine and "Drone Strike" will exclusively appear on this EP! The band has a full album of material scheduled for recording during the spring of 2017, titled For The Fallen.
