Mastodon - Announce Headline Tour

Mastodon have announced a spring headline tour with Eagles of Death Metal and Russian Circles in support of their new record! Tickets go on sale this Friday, January 13th. Every pair of tickets purchased online for Mastodon includes your choice of a physical or digital copy of their new, soon-to-be released album. You will receive instructions via email on how to redeem your album once it is released (date yet to be confirmed).

King Diamond - Headlining Psycho Las Vegas 2017

Psycho Las Vegas has unveiled heavy metal icons King Diamond as the festival's grand headliners. In coming to Psycho, King Diamond mark 30 years since the release of Abigail, and this will be their only USA performance of 2017! The album will be performed in full. Psycho Las Vegas 2017 is set for August 18-20 at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

White Willow - Unveil New Album Details

Laser's Edge has confirmed the release date for Future Hopes, the seventh full-length from Norwegian prog quintet White Willow and unveiled the album's artwork, song titles, and other details. This will be the group's first album since 2011's well-received Terminal Twilight. Laser's Edge will issue Future Hopes on CD, LP, and digital formats on March 31st, 2017. Audio samples will be issued in the coming days.

Morbid Angel - Recruit New Drummer, In The Studio

While former Morbid Angel members David Vincent (vocals, bass) and Tim Yeung (drums) will join forces to perform classic Morbid Angel songs under the I Am Morbid banner, Morbid Angel are currently in the studio working on their new album. Guitarist Trey Azagthoth recently updated on the recording process and announced that the band has enlisted a drummer: Scott Fuller from brutal death metallers Annihilated and Abysmal Dawn.

Tombs - Enter Studio To Record New Album

Brooklyn-based metal outfit Tombs has entered Mana Recording Studio in St. Petersburg, Florida to begin recording their fourth full-length. Produced once again by Erik Rutan (Hate Eternal), this currently untitled album is set for a summer release via Metal Blade Records. Last year, the band released the EP, All Empires Fall.
