Laster - New Tracks Online

"Ons Vrije Fatum" and "De Roes Na", two brand new songs from Dutch black metallers Laster are now available for streaming here. These are the first two tracks from the band's upcoming album, Ons Vrije Fatum. The album was recorded/mixed at Catacomben Studios and mastered by Patrick W. Engel at Temple Of Disharmony. It is scheduled for release on January 9th, 2017 via Dunkelheit Produktionen.

Helloween - Michael Kiske, Kai Hansen Rejoining For World Tour

Helloween have surprised fans with big news today! 2017 and 2018 will see them tour with Michael Kiske and Kai Hansen again. The fans asked for it and now is the time. Michael Kiske and Kai Hansen will once again mount a Helloween stage together and resurrect the band's legendary original line-up. Weikath, Kiske, Hansen, Grosskopf are going to play Helloween classics live and on a joint tour. But that's not all of it! Under the flag Pumpkins United, all pumpkin heads will step up, meaning Andi and Michi on vocals, Kai, Weiki and Sascha on guitars, and Markus and Dani in the rhythm section.

Blood Feast - Stream First Song In Over 25 Years

New Jersey thrashers Blood Feast are streaming "INRI", their first song in over 25 years, on their Bandcamp page. The song appears on their upcoming third album, The Future State Of Wicked, which is due for release on January 13th 2017, and will be the band's first studio album since 1989's Chopping Block Blues.

Mägo De Oz - Founding Guitarist Dies

A long time ago, Mägo De Oz was born in 1989 and guitarist Pedro Pablo Diaz was one of the Spanish band's three founding members. He would leave the band in 1990 but played on their first demo. It was another founding member, drummer Txus di Fellatio, still in the band, who announced the sad news.

Vanhelga - Debut New Video

Back in October, Vanhelga released their latest album, Ode & Elegy. Now, the Swedish black metal group has premiered a video of the track "Utan Mening". Directed by J. System Of A Down - Drummer Confirms Work On New Album

After announcing a European tour, there are now reports that System Of A Down are indeed working on a new album, which will be their first since Mezmerize and Hypnotize, both released in 2005. In a new interview with Kerrang!, drummer John Dolmayan revealed that the band has so far written fifteen songs during the last six months or so.

Ophis - Part Ways With Drummer And Guitarist

German death doom metal act Ophis has parted ways with drummer Nils Groth. He will play his very last show at the Doom Over Bucharest 2016 on November 25th. Guitarist Martin Reibold is also no longer in the band. They will be replaced by Steffen Brandes (drums) and Simon Schorneck​ (guitars).
