Hasselbrink takes over from Pat Marinelli, who informed the band at the start of recording for the upcoming album that he would be leaving due to personal reasons. Band mates Zachary Hietala and Tommi Salmela have posted on their Facebook pages that Tarot long time drummer Pecu Cinnari has died from a long-term illness. The band didn't disclose what it was. He was in the band since 1985 when they changed their name from Purgatory to Tarot. The group has been on hiatus since 2015 due to an illness. Condolences to his friends and family.
