Guitarist Ingvar Sæmundsson has decided to leave Severed and focus more on his main band Momentum. He has been playing in Iceland's Severed since 2008. Unnar Sigurðsson (Beneath) is the group's new guitarist. He will be playing his first gig with the band at Eistnaflug this year. The death metallers will be premiering brand new material and their new guitarist will take the stage for the first time.
