Unisonic - Tap Tobias Exxel For Brazilian Festival

Unisonic has recruited Edguy bassist Tobias Exxel for their performance at the Monsters of Rock festival in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Exxel will replace guitarist Mandy Meyer during Unisonic's performance at the Monsters of Rock festival on April 26th. Meyer has to sit out the band's festival performance due to a prior commitment for a U.S. tour with Swiss rockers Krokus.

Kamelot - Confirm Second Leg Of N. American Tour

Symphonic metallers Kamelot are about to start a trek in North America with DragonForce this April 25th in Mexico. However, those April and May shows aren't the only ones the band is doing in Canada and the United States. In fact, they'll return to the U.S. and Canada in support of new album Haven with a second leg starting in mid November. This will be their biggest North American headliner tour to date. AC/DC - Phil Rudd Admits To Drug Possession And Threatening To Kill

AC/DC are currently performing with Chris Slade as their drummer since Phil Rudd is involved in a Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap case. Well, Rudd, 60, has pleaded guilty in Tauranga District Court to one charge of threatening to kill, as well as possession of cannabis and methamphetamine - charges he had earlier pleaded not guilty to. A second threatening to kill charge was withdrawn, according to The New Zealand Herald. The record shows that Rudd made calls to a colleague asking to have his former assistant "taken out."

Weedeater - Confirm European Summer Tour Dates

Weedeater have announced new European dates in May and June. The notorious Southern sludge outfit will hit the road accompanied by partners in crime Today Is The Day and tour in support of their forthcoming album Goliathan, to be released on May 18th (May 19th in US). The tour will start on May 29th with their performance at Temples festival in Bristol, U.K., and will end at Hellfest on June 21st.
