The Stormrider Heavy Metal Festival has officially announced its billing bands for next year's festival which is scheduled for May 23rd, 2015 at Civic Hotel in Perth, Western Australia. Details are scarce and cause of death has not been revealed. He leaves behind a wife, former adult film actress Tera Wray, and a successful two-decade career.

Metallica is seeking help from their fans while preparing remastered, deluxe editions of their first two classic albums, 1983's Kill 'Em All and 1984's Ride The Lightning, which they hope to put out in 2015. Well, someone just got lucky. In an ingenious effort to raise money for Slayer tickets by offering to sell his 1997 Ford Escort LX, a Los Angeles-based Slayer fan and his friends filmed a spoof of Lincoln's recent Matthew McConaughey commercial and released it on YouTube on Monday. Four days and over 100,000 views later, Slayer's Tom Araya took time off from his studio sessions to respond to Jake and the band just offered him two tickets for their show at The Forum in Los Angeles on November 14th.
