High On Fire - N. American Tour, Releasing New Single

High On Fire have been keeping themselves busy. After releasing two live albums (Spitting Fire Live Vol. 1 and Spitting Fire Live Vol. 2), the band has announced a North American tour, which kicks off on November 10th in Atlanta at The Masquerade and runs through mid-December, wrapping up in Los Angeles on December 12th. As part of the Scion A/V-sponsored tour, High On Fire will also release a new single titled Slave The Hive on October 16th, marking the first new music from the California metallers since the release of De Vermis Mysteriis. A limited edition 7" will be available at all tour dates with a video for the song to be released simultaneously.

HIM - Another New Video Online

"Into The Night", the brand new video from Finnish group HIM, can now be seen below. The clip was directed by Stefan Lindfors, who also directed the band's classic, award-winning video "Funeral Of Hearts" and the recent "Tears On Tape" clip. The song is from their latest release Tears On Tape.

Wisdom - New Album Trailer And New Song Released

The Hungarian power metal cavalry Wisdom will release Marching For Liberty, the band's new album, on September 27th via NoiseArt Records, and the album's trailer has been released. Windir, Vreid, Ulcus - 2014 Shows Celebrating 20 Years Of Music

Through Vreid's official Facebook page, plans for a reunion of the surviving members of Windir have been established to commemorate the formation of Windir, Ulcus and Vreid, which are all connected by its band members. These special shows will feature Righ from Windir and Ese from Vreid. As a special guest on vocals, they will also bring on Vegard Bakken, brother of Windir legend Terje "Valfar" Bakken who was found dead in 2004.

Europe - 30th Anniversary Show DVD/Blu-Ray In October

Europe's 30th anniversary performance at this year's Sweden Rock Festival in Sölvesborg, Sweden was the band's only Swedish concert of 2013. The setlist was specially composed from their entire nine-album discography, including their debut Europe (1983), The Final Countdown (1986) and their most recent Bag Of Bones (2012). The performance was professionally filmed and recorded for release on double CD, DVD and Blu-ray and will be made available on October 18th through earMUSIC. Check out the first trailer below.

Viper - Live DVD Coming Soon

In 2012, Brazilians Viper rejoined forces with its original lead singer after 22 years. The band reunited with vocalist André Matos (Angra, Shaman) in order to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the release of the group's album Soldiers Of Sunrise. For the first time ever, Viper played their first two albums Soldiers Of Sunrise and Theater Of Fate in their entirety during a short run of dates in Brazil. The show in São Paulo will now be released on DVD.
