Doom metal legends Trouble have announced their new bassist: Rob Hultz. He will make his debut on the band's Fall tour. Trouble have then made a permanent addition to the band line-up. Hultz has already begun rehearsals and will debut live with the band for a series of European show dates scheduled for October 2013, the details of which are still pending and will be announced later.

Polish masters Blindead announced that their upcoming fourth full-length album will be titled Absence. The CD release date is scheduled for October 2nd through Mystic Production. You can count on a few guest appearances: Jerzy Mazzoll on bass clarinet, Rafał Wawszkiewicz from Merkabah on sax, Daniel Sobiesiak on cello and Dorota Górawska on violin. The band released their debut album Sphere Of Terror last year and has an upcoming new album titled IX. In a small step in making the Syrian metal scene known intentionally, Netherion members will reunite and move to the US in order to shoot the documentary about the band and play live.
